We just had a private farewell party with about 100 people, and we used HIT Casino for two tables: black jack and roulette. The tables were high quality, the dealers were great, and the overall operation was professional. Edwin was good at making sure the casino element was coordinated with the rest of our party (timing, spacing, coordination in terms of providing vouchers, counting the chips at the end of the party for prizes, etc.) I looked at a handful of Singapore casino rentals and wanted to make sure the operation was professionally-run and smooth. Excellent service from start to end. We engaged HIT Casino Events for 3 casino tables for a 200-guest event and everything was handled professionally and smoothly. I reached out to HIT Casino Events and managed to speak directly with Edwin. He was friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the planning process, which made things much easier from the start... He did not push us, everything was quite casual yet professional at the same time.

We eventually rented 5 tables, mix of a few different games, for our event, and my team was extremely impressed. The poker dealers were professional, engaging, and kept the games running smoothly, even for guests who were less familiar with the rules.

What stood out most was the quality of the setup and tables. The tables looked premium and felt great to the touch, which a lot of my team said "Wow, like real Casino sia" haha. The cards felt premium too and the team of hosts / dealer even came with their own tailored uniform.

The Casino games ended up being one of the main highlights of our event. I've been to the Casino a few years back in Singapore and recognised a few of the hosts were actually ex-casino Dealers so I believe their claim of this is legit.

Honestly wasn't sure what to expect but they were solid. Edwin was very helpful and patient, shared some recommendations for what he felt will be best for my friends.

Dealers very friendly and patient - got a few aunties who never played poker before and they taught them without making it awkward. Tables look and feel premium, not like those cheap foldable ones you see at other events. Setup and teardown also very smooth, no hassle on our end.
